The cut-off time for online order are 3:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, UNLESS SOLD OUT PRIOR.

 

We recommend placing orders early to ensure that you don’t miss out as orders close at a certain amount, or at 3:30pm, whichever comes first.

Each parcel includes:

Payment by Cash or Eftpos at pickup is only by prior arrangement

The $45 parcel with a fruit & veggie box and groceries roughly feeds a young family of 4-5 for a week and contains around $200-$250 worth food, filling the boot of a small car. Please bring your bags and chiller bags to pack your shopping and for safe food transport and keeping.

FoodBarn Times:

The Foodbarn Shop: Wednesday 10am – 12pm and Thursday 9:30am – 12pm and Saturdays from 9am – 11:30am

The Foodbarn Bric a Brac Opp Shop: Wednesday & Thursday 9:30am – 12pm

The Foodbarn Parcels are open on Wednesday & Thursday each week for pickup & delivery.

Food Parcel Orders must be placed before the day it is required:

• Orders for Wednesdays are placed on Mondays & Tuesdays by 3:30pm on web orders, or phone 0410565781 before 3:30pm.
• Orders for Thursdays are placed on Wednesdays by 3:3 0pm on web orders, or phone 0410565781 before 3:30pm.

Please note that orders cannot be placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as we have to organise the stock for the next week.
Pickup times are scheduled when you place your order, allowing for 2 cars every 7 minutes.

Membership

Membership is not required for parcel orders, however anyone wanting to enter the Foodbarn Shop on Thursdays has to sign up and become a member, membership is free and you can either fill out the form on arrival or print off a copy, fill it out and bring it in. Click here for our registration form

Phone Orders

If you’re unable to place your order online please call 0410 565 781 before 3:30pm the day before the parcel is required, if your call isn’t answered please leave your name and number.

Product Condition and Storage Guidelines

1. A lot of our products are ‘seconds’, because of this some items may be close to or past their ‘best before’ date and could start to change taste or colour but are generally OK for some time.
2. Products marked beyond their ‘use by’ date have been frozen beforehand.
3. Some packaging could have changed or been damaged but the goods within the package are still good.
4. Most of our meats come straight from the butcher and are packed by the butcher just like you would purchase, and is frozen.
5. Some of our meat products have been pre-cooked and frozen or are prepared frozen meals, which will only require reheating. These foods should be cooked to a temperature of at least 75°C or higher to ensure harmful bacteria are killed.
6. Vegetables may be seconds and ripe and in some cases require attention and be refrigerated.

Delivery

We can also deliver parcels when you are not able to pick up. Please see the delivery charges for your area

Delivery will be between 8am to 2:30pm, based on the amount of deliveries for different areas on the day.

You must have your phone on from 7:00am for delivery drivers otherwise your parcel will be cancelled and no further parcels unless a $20 repacking fee is paid.3:
